"...the hills are alive with the Sound of Music!"

...and I am barely alive...

I am in the middle of directing my school production of The Sound of Music. Or perhaps I should say, "the muddle of directing..." The show opens this Thursday night and runs until the Saturday matinee. THIS Thursday.

It should be a great show... there is only about three or four more months worth of work to be done. I only have two days...

I fear my wife and children have forgotten I still exist. I do! I do!

this would be a great time to rewrite some of the lyrics to fit your circumstances better:

For example: "How do you solve a problem like uncommited teenagers?"...

hmmmm. Not quite the right meter, but it could work!

What kids love are movies...i think you should show your students more movies.

We NEVER forgot you exist ;) plus we really enjoyed coming to watch the play, it was quite an accomplishment, so much talent! Say, are your students coming on your blog to try and get more movies? Don't they know t.v. turns your brain to mush (mostly).
